We used James when we relocated from Leamington to Scotland. We decided to sell via James’ open house idea as we have a young family and trying to keep everything viewing ready would have been a struggle. We received a number of offers and James took the time to sit with us at our house and go through each offer one by one. We are so pleased we used James.
