What experience do you have?
“I have 23 years’ experience in Estate Agency having worked mainly in Stratford for a couple of independent agents and a large corporate brand. Over several years I successfully managed an Estate Agents in Kineton where I enjoyed selling a wide variety of village properties from cosy cottages to characterful family homes.“
What do you love most about estate agency?
“I have a strong passion for property, the area we live in and uniting people with their dream home! That twinkle in their eye when you know you have found someone’s perfect home, that’s what its all about for me!“
Why did you choose to break away from corporate estate agency to join Etta James?
“I felt that the larger more corporate agencies had lost their way and were not focused on what is important – namely putting clients first and foremost.“
What does ‘looking after a client like family’ look like in your day-to-day work?
“Family means the world to me. My ethos is to I look after each client as I would a member of my own family. Selling and buying a home can be a very emotional time and your most important purchase or sale. I carefully consider everyone’s feelings, best interests and guide them through the whole process with confidence and professionalism.”
What part of the local area do you live in, and where will people most likely bump into you on a Saturday morning?
“I live in Kineton and enjoy the wide range of local amenities, businesses including shops, cafes and eateries that Kineton has to offer. You will have to travel a long way to find another village which offers all that Kineton can provide. On a Saturday morning, (if I am not working!), you will find me and my dog Milly, walking the wonderful countryside around the village and even calling in at Gilkes’ Café for a coffee or a breakfast en-route.“

“A home needs to be presented in the best possible light to attract the right buyers. That starts with a declutter or rearranging furniture, possibly refreshing the paintwork, and completing any minor repairs. First impressions are key! Every property has a story whether it’s a beautiful open plan family kitchen, a stunning garden or even a fantastic location. My job is to highlight your property’s strengths and ensure my marketing captures this. To make your property stand out above the rest, I really value high quality photography because presentation and kerb appeal creates that golden first impression and will make your property stand out.“
