I have worked with James in the past and knew that he would be perfect for helping us with our housing needs. He has always been trustworthy and dependable and did not disappoint. I am so glad we used EttaJames for the sale of our home and to purchase our new home. James went above and beyond to help us and answering all of our questions to make us feel at ease at every step of the way.

We used James when we relocated from Leamington to Scotland. We decided to sell via James’ open house idea as we have a young family and trying to keep everything viewing ready would have been a struggle. We received a number of offers and James took the time to sit with us at our house and go through each offer one by one. We are so pleased we used James. From our first meeting to our final fairwell, James was incredibly professional, contactable and supportive. He really did remove the stress from selling our first family home.

It’s very obvious to me that James really loves his job. In selling both houses for me at the same time he quickly banished any stigma I may have had over previous experiences associated with Estate Agents. James delighted me with his positive approach and attention to the smallest detail. He excelled in fantastic communication whilst being thoroughly professional. Oh, I nearly forgot! The prices he achieved for both properties exceeded my expectations!!

Following 2 sales that failed to go through James took over our property and set about ensuring we found a 3rd sale and that it lasted the distance. After revitalising photos, managing viewings and negotiating to ensure the asking price that sale came quickly! He made the process from that point on really easy. The lines of communication were always open – even late in the evenings and weekends. It’s clear James is very passionate about what he does and he helps both buyers and sellers work their way through what can be a painful process.

The purchase of our house was very professionally dealt with by James. Communication and time scale was spot on. Totally stress free, any problem he was only a phone call away to reassure and solve. Thank you so much, we are now living in our dream home.
